Tento \u0161port pon\u00faka nielen fyzick\u00fa aktivitu, ale aj mno\u017estvo v\u00fdhod pre du\u0161evn\u00fd a emocion\u00e1lny rozvoj. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku sa pozrieme na to, pre\u010do je tenis skvelou vo\u013ebou pre \u0161tudentov, ak\u00e9 benefity prin\u00e1\u0161a a ako sa zapoji\u0165 do tenisov\u00fdch programov.<\/p>\n<h2>Pre\u010do si vybra\u0165 tenis?<\/h2>\n<p>Tenis je individu\u00e1lny \u0161port, ktor\u00fd sa hr\u00e1 na dvorcoch s r\u00f4znymi povrchmi.
